Norman Gratopp founded Norg Tech International with a mission to help the world transition to renewable energy.
With years of experience in technical service, business operations, customer service management, and team leadership, Gratopp leverages his expertise to ensure renewable energy providers can run efficiently and effectively.
As a Certified Industrial Master in wind turbine maintenance, Gratopp, as no other, understands the importance of keeping wind energy systems functioning at their peak.
Gratopp also possesses a unique ability to diagnose market demands, lead continuous improvements, and find critical solutions, which has helped Norg Tech International to become a leading wind energy maintenance partner. He takes pride in his achievement to have built a leading company, with a team of devoted specialists, resulting in a outstanding customer experience, to drive high levels of both employee and customer engagement and satisfaction.
