Job Description:
Norg Tech International is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in wind turbines and other renewable energy infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated, and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining electrical systems in wind turbines and other renewable energy infrastructure.
- Inspecting and testing electrical systems and equipment to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical problems in wind turbines and other renewable energy infrastructure.
- Operating hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborating with OEM manufacturers, developers, and contractors to ensure electrical systems meet project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a technical or vocational program in electrical systems or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical system installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment used in electrical system maintenance and repair.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including fluency in English
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Norg Tech International is currently seeking an experienced Wind Energy Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of wind turbines and associated equipment in the renewable energy sector. The Wind Energy Mechanic will work alongside other Norg Tech team members to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on wind turbines and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in wind turbines
- Install and commission new wind turbines and associated equipment
- Respond to emergency service calls to diagnose and repair wind turbines in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Wind Energy Mechanic
- Technical degree or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering beneficial
- Familiarity with wind turbine technology, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work at heights and in challenging outdoor environments
- Valid driver’s license

As an HSE and Work Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) aspects of our renewable wind energy projects. This includes ensuring that all safety measures are in place and that all project personnel are adhering to safety protocols.
In addition to coordinating HSE aspects, you will also be responsible for developing detailed work plans that will ensure the success of our projects. Your work plans will need to take into account all safety requirements, environmental factors, and technical specifications to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all HSE aspects of our projects, including risk assessments, hazard identification, incident reporting, and safety performance metrics.
- Develop detailed work plans in collaboration with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and policies.
- Collaborate with clients and other Norg Tech International teams to provide comprehensive HSE solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE reporting requirements for clients and Norg Tech International.
- Conduct HSE training sessions for project personnel to enhance safety awareness and promote a safety culture.
- Stay up-to-date with HSE laws and regulations, both domestic and international, that affect the renewable wind energy sector.
- Manage HSE audits and other HSE-related inquiries from authorities.
- Ensure clients receive high-quality HSE services and maintain strong relationships with them.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the renewable wind energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of HSE laws and regulations, including domestic and international.
- Ability to analyse complex HSE-related matters and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
