Richard Mouw brings over 25 years of international experience in EPC project execution within the renewable energy sector.
He has served as a project director, leading complex international projects in the wind industry for leading OEMs such as Vestas, Gamesa, and Nordex, specializing in organisational structuring and contract management.
As a key client liaison at Norgtech International, Richard and his team are responsible for ensuring the successful operational and commercial delivery of projects and service orders.
Paweł Majorczyk

Paweł Majorczyk is responsible in Norg Tech towards the board of director and has various responsibilities related to the work of Wind Turbine Service Technicians.
He has over 25 years of experience both in domestic and international market. Paweł took a lead in civil engineering projects and cooperated mostly with companies from road and railway sector.
During his professional career he held the positions of both Product Manager and Director of Business Unit Stormwater Solutions.
Jolanta Radziwinowicz

Jolanta Radziwinowicz has many years of experience in financial management and accounting departments, supported by solid education at the Poznań University of Economics.
She worked mainly for companies operating on international markets in various industries and areas. She successfully managed an ERP implementation project in the field of accounting and company mergers.
